Are you sure you weren’t in Maine too? I saw many of these same flowers while visiting Thuya Gardens just outside of Bar Harbor earlier in the week.
Your images are much better than mine which I ended up dumping. There is a real beauty in those flowers and images. Nicely done.

I really love that first one…it is delicate looking, it grabs your attention and it lets you know it is a star!

Thanks burstmode and edvatza!
That reminds me, I wanted to revisit MSU botanical gardens after my trip there this spring. This year’s been rough, however, and I doubt I’ll feel like going back until at least a few weeks past my mid July surgery.

These are so cool, all stars, just in time for July 4 Stars and Stripes.

How the time flies, Candace! June is already more than half over, and July 4th is indeed coming fast.

I love that last one–an explosion of shooting stars!
